You'll receive your own Big Sky Travel run sheet with daily plans, maps, directions, and instructions for your free Otago Central Rail Trail app. When you call, we’ll know who you are, where you are, and where you’re heading. Big Sky Bike Adventures riders are never just “lost on the trail”. We keep your journey personal.

We’re always on call. If you need help, we’ll coordinate with local services and support you until assistance arrives. Safety is a top priority on every Rail Trail trip.

Yes, travel insurance can be your BFF!It won't cover every issue that could cancel your trip but it will cover the big stuff such as accidents, emergency surgery or a death in the family. We strongly recommend, whether you’re a local or an overseas guest on the Trail, that you take out travel insurance. Make sure that you understand the terms of your policy and then send happy thoughts to the Big Travel Kahuna in the hopes that you'll never need to use it.
